Natural Farming
Natural Farming uses methods that observe the laws of nature and utilize natural materials and products. It is based on the principle of interdependence among all living things and aims to have a nurturing impact on the environment, in sharp contrast to the disadvantageous effects that often come with practicing modernized and commercialized agriculture.
Due to reduced cost of cultivation, less no. of irrigation, higher yield and excellent quality KVK decided to demonstrate this technology in its farm and carry out on farmer’s field.

Water Harvesting Structure
KVK has a pond in 10 ha area which is recharged in rainy season. The water in pond lasts till month of February. The pond is used partially for irrigation purpose and for fishery. The main advantage by pond is that the water table of ground water does not fall in summer season. Planning for the renovation and beautification around the pond is under process.
